Terry Schultz joined CCI in 1996 and leads CCI’s Health Care Code Consultation Group. The Health Care team of project managers and consultants provide detailed fire protection and life safety consultation for Institutional Occupancies, specializing in health care and correctional facilities. Surveying existing health care facilities for compliance with The Joint Commission Statement of Conditions is a key service provided by CCI’s staff. Terry’s role includes all facets of project management, quality control, contract administration, and client relations.

 

Terry is a member of NFPA Technical Committees on Health Care, Detention/Correction, and Board/Care. Terry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Fire Protection Engineering from the University of Maryland.
